- ReservationsDo I need a reservation at 1830 Chophouse?
- Not always, but it helps — Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday brunch are the services that fill. Booking online takes about a minute. The full menu is served at the bar as well, and bar seating is first-come, so it is worth stopping in either way.
- ParkingWhere do I park in downtown Lebanon?
- Street parking runs along Main Street, with public lots a short walk in either direction. Downtown Lebanon is walkable — most guests park once and stay a while.
- Getting hereHow far is 1830 Chophouse from Indianapolis?
- About half an hour up I-65 from downtown Indianapolis, and less than that from Zionsville, Whitestown or Brownsburg. We are at 111 W Main St, Lebanon, IN 46052, a few minutes east of the interstate and directly across from the Boone County courthouse.
- Prime ribWhen is prime rib served at 1830 Chophouse?
- Friday and Saturday after 4 PM — horseradish-crusted, slow-roasted, and served until it runs out. Book earlier in the evening if that is what you are driving in for.
- Sunday brunchWhat time is Sunday brunch and what does it cost?
- All you can eat, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM every sunday: $42 for adults, $22 for children 7 to 15, and free for children six and under. Larger tables are worth booking ahead.
- CelebrationsCan you do an anniversary or birthday dinner?
- Yes — note the occasion when you book, or call us. Anniversaries, birthdays and proposals are a good part of why the room exists.
- DressIs there a dress code?
- No code. People come in from the office, from the ballgame and from a wedding, sometimes at the same table.
- KidsIs 1830 Chophouse good for kids?
- Welcome. There is a scaled-down fettuccine alfredo on the menu for exactly this reason, and children six and under eat free at the Sunday buffet.
- Not eating steakAre there options for someone who does not eat steak?
- Plenty. The seafood list runs from salmon to lobster thermidor and cioppino, there are pastas, salads and a veggie melt, and the sides are their own short menu. Tell your server about any allergies before you order.
- Large partiesCan you seat a large group or hold a private room?
- Fifteen or more is handled as a private event so we can hold a room and set the menu ahead of time. There are three rooms: the courtyard on Main Street, the banquet hall and the speakeasy.
Coming from out of town
About half an hour from most of central Indiana
Lebanon sits on I-65 at the top of the Indianapolis metro, which is why a good part of the dining room on a Friday night drove in from somewhere else. Leave the interstate, head a few minutes east, and the courthouse square is in front of you — we are the brick storefront across from it.
It is a shorter drive than most people expect, and an easier park than anywhere downtown Indianapolis will offer you on a Saturday.
