Single Malt Scotch Whisky for Beginners

    Tuesday, September 29 · 6:00 – 7:30 PM

An introduction to Scotch whisky, hosted by members of the YouTube channel Scotch 4 Dummies — an evening of education and entertainment exploring the complex flavors and the long history behind the world’s most popular whisky. Appetizers and pours from five distilleries, chosen to show the styles and techniques that set Scotch apart, alongside a walk-through of how to nose it, taste it and appreciate it in a new way.

Every week

The things you can count on

No announcement required. These run on the kitchen's own rhythm, week in and week out.

A bone-in pork chop topped with mango chutney
  • Horseradish-Crusted Prime Rib

Friday & Saturday, after 4 PM

Slow-roasted with a horseradish crust and carved to order. It is available until it runs out, which on a good Saturday is well before close.

  • The Chef's Sandwich

    A new one every week

Sometimes a well-known classic, sometimes something the kitchen has been arguing about all week. Ask your server what it is today.

  • Chef's Soup Feature

    Daily

House-made and always changing. Pairs with the deluxe grilled cheese if you want the honest answer.

  • Seasonal Crème Brûlée

    Whenever the seasons turn

The custard stays the same; the flavor follows what is actually good right now. The cheesecake changes on the same schedule.

The mailing list hears about dinners and tastings before they go up anywhere else, and we announce them on Instagram and Facebook the same morning. Seats for the smaller events tend to go in a day or two.
